In response to many requests, 2007 saw the return of "Murder At Anzio Landing", our interactive murder mystery dinner theater. Combining some of the best from the Anzio Landing menu with outstanding shows produced and performed by Murder Ink Productions, the Mystery Theater has been an instant hit and a fantastic way to spend an evening at Anzio Landing Restaurant.
Murder Ink first performed at Anzio Landing in 1994 and has since gone on to become the largest professional mystery dinner theater troupe in the southwest United States. Currently, they perform mostly private shows and corporate events - Their only public shows in the Phoenix metro area are those performed at Anzio Landing.
Murder Ink is currently performing three different shows on a rotating basis at Anzio Landing: "The Mafioso Murders" (A Godfather Theme), "Never Say Murder Again" (A James Bond Theme) and "Lights, Camera, Murder" (A High School Class Reunion Theme).

Tickets And Reservations
Seating is limited and reservations are required. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at (480) 832-1188 or by filling out the on-line reservation form at the bottom of this web page. While many of our theater guests come as singles, couples or groups of four or six, we also can accomodate large groups with seating available for as many as twenty people at a single table. Because the dinner theater is very interactive, attending in a group can make the experience even more fun.
Menu And Prices
All tickets include dinner and the show and are $39.00 Per Person - plus tax and gratuity. The meal includes a choice of an entree from a selected menu (typically we offer our garlic pork, one of our chicken entrees and a vegetarian selection), a dinner salad, our famous garlic breadsticks, a dessert, and your choice of any of our non-alcoholic beverages. Our full wine list and bar selections are available at an additional cost.
More About The Show
Our Dinner Theater is designed to create a sense of involvement for our guests. Unlike other theater experiences where the audience is separated from the the actors who are up on a stage, our actors perform the play while wandering among the tables where you are seated enjoying your dinner. How interactive the experience is for you is up to you to decide.
Typically, our theater company looks for about a dozen volunteers from the audience to play parts in the production. These volunteers are given props to help them get into character and are given prepared scripts to read. Often, both the actors and volunteers find ways to add to the script by "ad-libbing" and the result is both unpredictable and amusing.
Our doors open at 6:15 PM and the show begins at 6:45 PM. This half hour period before the show is a great opportunity to relax with a drink, meet your table companions and enjoy the company of friends. It is also the time when the theater company is looking for their volunteers - So you will want to arrive early if you plan to be a part of the show. On the other hand, if you prefer to just sit back and watch, you can do that as well. Throughout the course of the performance, numerous clues will be discovered and all members of the audience will have the opportunity to "solve" the case. At the end of the evening, there will be a prize for the super sleuth who figures out who committed Murder at Anzio Landing.
Cancellations And Refunds
As is the case with virtually all theater venues, tickets for our dinner theater must be paid for at the time the reservation is made and they are non-refundable. If you run into a problem that affects your reservation, however, tickets are transferrable. Let us know and we will work with you to accomodate you on a different date or to transfer your reservation to another person that you designate.
